1 Reviews for Island Lake Triathlon Series 1

  (06-01-2010)
"This was a well organized race within the Island Lake State Rec Area. The swim was on Kent Lake which was smooth and relatively warm (75). The transition area had enough room. The bike course, while not completely closed, was relatively free of traffic. There were small rolling hills the entire way, but the last mile and a half were essentially downhill allowing time to eat before transition to run. The run course was fun, a modified out and back along the bike path. There was some bike traffic to contend with, but not that big of a deal. The race results were viewable at onsite kiosks and were online in a matter of hours. The race photos were online the next day."
