"I love this race! Maybe I'm just a crazy local, but part of the appeal is the incredibly difficult course and the laid-back atmosphere. The organizers make sure the critical pieces are covered, and the rest is up to you and something called mental toughness. Lots of support along the way with aid stations and road volunteers, and then plenty of food at the end and even free massage! It's also one of the few races to offer plenty of restrooms indoors prior to the start of the race. It's a very rewarding way to spend a spring Sunday in beautiful northwest Arkansas!"

"This race is very challenging there's almost no way anyone could run up the hills that steep. You are also running in traffic alot of the time which can be scary. They did however have plenty of aid staions stocked with goo's. Overall i wouldn't run this race again I didn't find it all that enjoyable. "
