"What can I say, other than Frank Dobbs is a class A jerk. My friend and I registered. My registration didn't go through and she learned her sister had cancer and bought a one way ticket to go be with her. The website did not have a no-refun policy posted (conveniently now it does) so I offered to call on her behalf to discuss the situation with him. He did not care and argued with me. He was so incredibily rude-probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I'm not sure how he is still in business. He lost his USAT sanction back in 2006. I also inquired if he was going to take into consideration the negative reviews on the web regarding the lack of security and safety in his transition areas that I came across and he basically said he didn't care because he had been at this for 22 years and had enough repeat customers. Nice. If I were you, I would avoid ever dealing with this lunatic. He even had the gall as to argue the severify of my friend's sister's cancer. Never met his equal in my life."

"Swim was disorganized and more like 1/4 mile. Bike was hard, hilly. Run was VERY hilly with a giant climb in the beginning and middle. Can't wait for next year!"
