"Fantastic Race. Very well organized by Keith Jordan (race director). The race course was superb with a great swim and the bike course which was very challenging had the appropriate roads blocked. The run with its 9 aid stations and family/neighborhood 2-loop course was awesome. This race was extra hot and there were sprinklers, ice hockey team throwing snowballs and even a flintstones themed aid station. Each aid station had water, gatorade, food, gels, powerbars, pretzels, electrolyte pills and more unique stuff. Great Fun Race."

"I love Endorfun races. Outside of this being one of the worst 1/2 iron distances I've ever done, the course, organization, crowds and post race food is fantastic.
This race is now part of the 70.3 series (it wasn't at the time I did it) and attracts an incredible pro field.
This can be a very challenging course. There are some challenging hills on the bike, Route 106 can be monotonous which messes with the mind. The run can also be challenging with the rolling hills and exposed section on Route 11, especially if it is a hot day.
The suffering is well worth it with the feast at the end, hanging with the pro racers and the Jordan's ice cream.
Don't miss the Timberman festival at Gunstock!"

"I have absolutely no complaints with this race.
It's well organized, the crowds are great - the whole town gets involved. The course is beautiful - nice roads on the bike, plenty of aid stations on the run, good food post-race - awesome. "
