"BIG FISH is not flat. As a matter of fact it is so not flat that I witnessed bikers pushing bikes uphill (2) and runners who were forced to walk on the hilly (dirt road) run. Notwithstanding this, it is a very shady course, nice not-too-trafficy roads, and the swim is clean & deep with not a lot of seaweed. "
