"Traffic control was a problem. I was stopped by the police at an intersection and had to actually dismount my bike. This was on a downhill at about 28-30 mph which was very frustrating. I was also put into a slower swim wave causing me to lap my group 3 times and disrupting my flow. The course was overall pretty decent, and the crowd and post race celebrations were goo, too. Not a bad race for a beginner at triathlons. I would do it again."
