"The annual Gopher to Badger always seems more Gopher than Badger. The conflicted race only feeds into my half and half heritage - Wisconsin versus Minnesota. Who will win? In regards to mileage, Wisconsin loses since there is only about two miles of the entire 13.1 dedicated in Wisconsin. Overall, the real winners are the racers.

This race is always a challenge with the hill set in Stillwater, but adding strong storms and high dew points/humidity only make it an all new challenge.

Highlights - wet clothes and shoes; running by the prison; finishing before goal.

Great race - good times."
