"The course is very challenging. The full ran through two VERY hilly neighborhoods. The first half had a lot of crowd support but that dwindles significantly in the second half to the point where you are actually running alone for a lot of the race. The race was very well organized, especially for a smaller city. There were several volunteers who rode their bikes back and forth to check on runners which was very nice. The expo was impressive for the size of the race. It was a great experience and the finish in Neyland Stadium was awesome (especially for us UT fans). I just wish more people would come out for the crowd support. "

"My first full marathon! The course is hard, I knew that going into the race. The support was super and the post race was nice. This is a great, challenging race"
