"Cranberry was a great race. The course is SUPER fast. Seriously... fast swim, fast bike, fast run.

Everything was ... fairly well organized. You could tell that the race organizers knew what they were doing, and that this was certainly a seasoned race, but there were a few kinks in there. (1) The transition area probably could have been set up a little more conveniently - depending on where your bib was located on the rack, you could have an extra 15 seconds added to your time for running into and out of the corral. (2) Traffic management could have been better. As race leader, I had to stop 2 times due to traffic, and I suspect that amidst other riders, I might have come across even more congestion in certain areas. (3) It was a LOOOONNNGG wait for the awards because they were waiting on some kinks in the timing system, even though they had already posted the results. (What they were waiting on I have no idea.)

Aside from that, everything was very well done. Great finishing water bottles, very nice course, good crowds, awesome post race food (a serious BBQ). I'd definitely recommend this race to anyone."
