"I can't say enough good things about this race. The single track course was fun and interesting, but not intimidating. We had a light rain at the start, just enough to keep things nice and cool, but not enough to really muddy up the course. The 5K race started 30 minutes ahead of the 10K allowing some of the faster runners to participate in both. The course was well marked with water stops at 2 and 4 miles.
Love the T-shirt! This is the second race I've done in the Running Fit trail series and only my third trail run. You can tell they really put their heart and soul into these events, they are the best organized events I've ever been to. I just registered for the Legend and am looking forward to their fall event - Run Woodstock.

"The "Flirt" is a great 5 and 10k trail race run on a single track mountain bike trail. Lots of hills (most just big enough to be interesting) and water. Beautiful nature scenery and fantastic people. You can't ask for much more.
Even though we had recently had rain, the trail drained quickly. There were only a few muddy areas.
This event was organized by Running Fit, a top notch running store led by a real runner. Which means it was flawless. I will do it again next year!"
