"This was a fun local race with about 400 total participants. The course starts at the gates of the OKC Stockyards and goes east and northeast towards downtown on Exchange Ave. You climb Exchange Ave bridge and make a turnaround at the bottom near the Old Farmer's Market building and attack the bridge from the other side. You get great views of downtown OKC and the Oklahoma River as the sun is coming up. The course was well-marked and was basically traffic free due to the early start. Only one aid station to speak of, but you expect that at the smaller local races. Post-race was adequately supplied with water and fruit. They also served hamburgers from Cattleman's Steakhouse that were a big hit if you don't mind eating a burger at 8:30 AM. They also gave a pretty decent tech shirt for the entrants that I will utilize on upcoming training runs. Overall a pretty decent race if you are looking for a smaller local race to try and win an age group or just have some fun. "
