3 Reviews for Rose Bowl Half Marathon

"This is the second time I have run the Rose Bowl Half. The course changed from 2007 and I like it much better because it was mostly on trails. Running through the tunnel onto the Rose Bowl field was a unique experience. Pacific Sports puts on a well managed race, but I wish they would have had a few more water stops."

"Easy, Fast and Freezing Rose Bowl 5K, Pasadena. Course is around the staduim. All flat and quick. It was very cold morning but crisp and sunny L.A. weather. I think there were a lot more runners the Half Marathon but for us short distant runners, it was a nice easy course."

"Wow, is this a challenging course for us lightweights! This race will take you up and around the backwoods of Pasadena. We had to run over a creek which only had a sad piece of plywood thrown over it and there was one steep climb with barely enough room for one runner to pass at a time. They do use chip timing, which is fantastic and the aid stations were plentiful. This is a great half marathon for those looking for a challenge. "
