"This was a fantastic sprint! The lake was cold, it's early in the season. But I was fine in a sleeveless wetsuit. The bike route has a couple of good climbs and one really fast descent. The 5k run course has a few twists and turns that make it hard, but not impossible to turn out a good time.
I can't wait to run this one again in 2010!"
