"This was an AWESOME race! It was highly organized making everything smooth on race day with lots of great goodies like cute pink shirts and race day towels! The bike and run course was challenging but doable with many hills which kept the course interesting. The run course was very picturesque with a run around a lake and through the woods with some cross country mixed in.
This race had all male volunteers who were so great at helping and some of them had so much fun that they dressed in cute bowties and some even dressed up in pink boas and rode their pink bikes on the course. It made the event very fun!
This race didn't forget about families and provided childcare and lots of great activities for the kids!
The pink and purple balloons and the atmosphere of the race made this one awesome, inspiring, and fun, yet challenging race that you won't want to miss! Can't wait to do it again next year!"

"This was my second year participating. I like the very challenging course. It is great to see so many strong women that are so friendly and encouraging. A big THANK YOU goes to LILO for giving me a 650 tube when I had a flat before the race. She is a perfect example of the kind and helpful women attending this fun event. I highly recommend it!"

"This was my first tri and I got hooked on the sport! Pink Power was just women of all ages, sizes, and all ability levels having fun, being challenged, all in a non intimidating event.
I found it to be so motivating when the experienced women on the bike that were on their way back to T2 would yell out encouraging words to the riders, like me, on the opposite side of the road. Wow, that was nice! What commraderie.
The swim was outside at the Y's pool, the bike was over a couple of little hills, some flats, and back. The run was downhill through some woods and then through a neighborhood. It was great to have all male volunteers and fun to get water sprayed by them along the course through the woods...what a surprise!
If this is your first tri, I highly recommend participating!
