"I've run the half-marathon 3 years in a row. I'll keep coming back, too. The weather is usually perfect for racing, the course is challenging and scenic, spectators are great, and the event is well-organized. "

"I ran this race as a relay with my sister- and brother-in-law. I did the first two legs which totaled 12.5 mi.
This was a very scenic course running through a lot of downtown Rochester. We got to see a lot of historic buildings. Towards the end of my leg the course took us to the Erie canal, which is beautiful, but can be a little monotonous (especially after 11 miles).
The volunteers and the police officers were fantastic at keeping us safe, hydrated, and motivated! "
