"This race was to benefit the Woman's Crisis Center here in Salem, Oregon. It was a fun race, great course and friendly and helpful people. I ran this 2 years ago, but ran the 5k, not the 10k. The course was well marked with volunteers along the way. I think some people didn't show up because of the rain, and I mean, RAIN; but I love running in the rain."
