"Light Breakfast, plenty of Water, wide course, massages, vendors, Shirt, bracket prizes, door prizes, Goodie Bag, Entertainment, .....too much that I liked. Well worth the price of admission, and tax deductable for a good cause. "

"I've done this race many times. It's very well organized, and it's an easy, dirt course. Very kid and dog friendly, as well. It's a fun time for a great cause; our family is there every year. One year, I don't remember which, they had a great "dog olympic" showcase after the race, which was a lot of fun to watch. "

"I have run this race 4 times and each year is more and more fun. I run with my labrador retriever Rex - and it's nice to be off the pavement and have a great trail to run on. It's well organized - better than any I have done in our city. For a good cause, too. I would do it again - and again!"

"I think this is a fantastic race. This is my first time running it, I have walked it once before. Its on a cross country trail at a huge park in town which isn't too hilly, and offers some scenery. The Jaycees do a great job organizing from online registration, great shirts and swag with the race logo & year (this year was a stainless steel water bottle that are popular right now) and a drawing of great prizes all participants were entered into. It supports a great cause the Brenda Mehling Cancer Fund."
