"Great local race that takes place during State College, PA Arts Festival. The course starts at the Penn State U. baseball stadium then winds through the campus and around part of the golf course. Easy course with slight elevation. Water stations are available. The start time is around 8:30a with the 5k starting 10 minutes later."
