"I love this race. I ran it for my 4th time this year, and it was great. All of the problems from last year were fixed - the finishing chute was fast and it was easy to get onto a shuttle to take you to Union station so you could catch transit home. I definitely plan to run next year again! "

"There's nothing like a downhill dash along Yonge street to start your race season! I am a huge fan of the Sporting Life 10km. It was my first race, and this year I participated in it for my third time.
Most of the course is downhill and moves very quickly. There are lots of folks watching (some you can tell are just waiting to cross the street!) and enough entertainment to keep you going for the hour.
My major complaint is with the finish are - it gets very congested. This year they moved the finish to fort york and it took longer to move from the finish line to the exit gates than it did to run the race! I'm hoping that next year they move the finish line back to where it was. "
