"I did this half a while back when I was stationed at nearby Camp Lejeune. I liked visiting Wilmington a lot and this race was a lot of fun. While ending at the USS North Carolina was pretty suite, running through Wilmington was pretty cool. The end of the race was a bit difficult with in going over the bridge, but it was very scenic.
Good race for family/friends to watch. There are numerous points along the course that are easy to access.
I would definitely do this race again."
