2 Reviews for Windsor Green Half Marathon

"If you enjoy scenic, quite and hilly this is a fun course and a good small size race to run. Very little crowd support since you are off the main grid for most of the 13.1 miles. "

"Pros:
-Beautiful course
-"Small town" feel of race (Windsor = gorgeous)
-Good shirt
-Decent price
Cons:
-NO MEDAL. I'm sorry but for $55-75 in payment, a medal should be given out versus a "finishers hat" which, while nice enough, should have been an optional purchase item.
-No water station after Mile 9
**Note: 2010 was the inaugural race. I've been in contact with the Race Director this year, asking whether a medal was being considered for the 2nd Annual. It sounds like the answer is no, at this time.
Overall: 7 out of 10. It was well organized for the most part - I just wanted a medal. Will I do it again? If one is given out, Yes. :)"
